Follow the bellow steps for a full, no questions asked, refund within the last 30 days. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve our offering. Please include your order number so we can refund you as soon as possible.

Kindly note, while we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible – it can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

How Do I Request a Refund?

To request a refund within 30 days of your purchase follow the steps below:

  1. Find your order number from your Account Dashboard.
  2. Open a new ticket from your account dashboard and give us the order number and product you’d like us to refund.
  3. Once you submit the ticket you will receive an auto response from us. That just lets you know we’ve got your request. 🙂
  4. Once we’ve had a chance to review your request we will be in touch confirming the refund has been processed.
